The triple room was brand-new in the terrace, so that guests had essentials. It was sincerely a perfectly pleasant stay with super friendly and accommodating staff...
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

Very helpful and caring staff, breakfasts were freshly cooked.
The location was the best and nice; walking distance to a main street and a tower

Good location, automatic garbage box in the lavatory in the ground floor - looks funny
Mattress is not comfortable for sleeping, too hard; but that's good for other activity. Air conditioning is blowing straightly to the bed. No glass for toothbrush in the shower room. No chair in the room. Hotel staff refused to arrange early check in at 4:00 and we had to pay for 1 more night for having 4 hours sleep despite of the fact that hotel was almost empty. Staff serving at breakfast is lazy, many tables remain dirty after people leave, we have seen they clean clean the tables from crumbs with hands (without dusters), spoons and forks were dirty. They charged us 956 tl for 400 Euro, it was about 20 Euro more than if we just go to currency exchange office, changed money and paid Turkish Lira at Check out.

Stunningly beautiful hotel, tasty and generous breakfast!
Plenty of options, excellent food. Brand-new and large rooms with the terrace and double beds, for example. Location near to the busiest street in Istanbul, Sishane metro station and the airport. For tea or coffee visit Pati Cafe nearby.

The location, since i had to attend a nearby event, plus the rooms are well renovated
I took a room with one dbl bed and 1 sgl bed, and it turns out that the room is very small, but was terrible is that the only window in the room overlooks the vent8lation shaft of the building, ie there is no sun or ventilation in the room, therefore the room always smelled of sewage coming from the rooms toilet

The location is very comfortable, 2 minutes walking from Istiklal, in a very pretty neighborhood. The rooms are impecable and comfortable, wi-fi always working, the terrace has magnificent view.
Not all the staff speaks english, so things like room service are sometimes hard to accomplish. The food at the restaurant and the breakfast are rather dissappointing. No major problem though.

Perfect Location , very close to istiklal street, very modern everything touch screen , terrace has very nice view over the bosphoros. most employees speak arabic (my language). good price concerning location. all hotels around are more expensive.
rooms are sooo small, refrigerator not working , A/C air flows directly on the bed.
